For lost property enquiries please fill out the below form – use a hyper ink that connects them to a form that’s a basic lost properly form and sends to Martins email

We aim to respond to all lost property requests within 1 week.

Please describe the item in as much detail as possible.

Due to the amount of lost property received we do not keep anything that has been left at the venue for more than 2 weeks.

Valid Driving license or Passport only.

Dress Code: We believe in creativity & individuality. SY events has a “wear whatever makes you feel great” dress code policy.

We don’t however accept man bags or allow large chains.

Please email martin@sysheffield if you require assistance to attend and we will be aware of your arrival. We do have disabled access and a lift so we can make your experience as pleasurable as possible by emailing us.

Please be assured that the safety and health of all visitors and staff is our main priority and all visitors must undergo bag checks and searches before entry. Safety is our number one priority and we make it 100% that everyone will be searched.
